The Vandema real estate directory was brought online in 1998 in order to provide relevant and helpful information to commercial real estate professionals, investors and traders. Encouraged by the rising popularity and success of the website, we expanded the directory in the year 2000 to include residential real estate resources for home buyers and sellers. The success of our directory is directly attributable to its ability to greatly reduce the frustration and time-consuming search processes often encountered on the internet. Our editorial team strives to evaluate and include only relevant, informative and free-of-spam real estate related links. Those links are then classified under easily navigable categories, providing easy access.

The Vandema Gold Award has been in great demand by webmasters and real estate website owners since its introduction in 1998. The award has been granted to websites which meet minimum standards and requirements set by Vandema. Presently, hundreds of websites distinguish themselves by displaying the Vandema Gold Award prominently.  In order to use our time and resources more efficiently, in 2009 we decided to terminate the program, even though it proved to be highly popular over the many years it ran.
